Kathryn (Kat) Haklin is an interdisciplinary scholar working at the intersection of the medical humanities, literature, cinema, and visual culture, with a focus on narrative studies and representations of space.

She is currently a Lecturer in French at Washington University in St. Louis and Director of the WashU Healthcare in France study abroad program.
